Service Description

This service is available at a courtesy rate for current/former patients only who choose to host a party. A minimum attendance of 3 additional party guests who would consider receiving treatment is required to qualify for this service. A concierge targeted physical therapy evaluation to establish your goals for treatment and assess your pain complaints, followed by up to 30 minutes of dry needling will be included for the party host. Additional guests can purchase dry needling treatment packages for an additional fee as desired. Package prices range from $40-60. Due to the customized nature of this booking, the therapist will work with you directly to allocate the appropriate amount of time for the event if you are expecting a larger group. Hosts are encouraged to create a relaxing atmosphere and provide refreshments for friends if desired, however please keep in mind that party participants must be sober minded to sign consent forms prior to receiving treatment. Minors cannot participate without written consent of their legal parent/guardian. *For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to decline services in an area deemed to be unsafe or where reasonable concerns for patient privacy cannot be met. It is the responsibility of the host to ensure that the party location is suitable for the service.
